Catrice cosmetics have just sent me details of their new blusher collections. Just in time to get that fresh skin glow with a pop of color.
Blush Artist Shading Palette €4.95This includes highlighters too. I have to admit that I never think about blusher and often forget to wear it. I have one of the Catrice blushers and I wore it in Florence recently while I was there with my mom. I am delighted to see I look a lot healthier in the photos then I normally do! I might also add that the eyeshadow I am wearing is also Catrice. Its one of their palettes of brown eyeshadow!
I'm normally beyond pale. Look at how good my mom looks though! I am wearing the striped pink blusher. Which is another thing, I don't normally wear pink but I was surprised how much I like this. Given the fact that I am pale, I go very lightly on the blusher when its pink. Otherwise, it all gets a bit 80s. Which I don't mind either but its a bit much for a Tuesday afternoon. I've added in some highlighter to the blusher as well to get a bit of a glow.
Although I could be tempted to invest in this highlighting powder! I'm almost out of my usual one.
I've said it before but just to repeat a fact : Catrice is incredibly good value. The blusher I am wearing in the photo, the multi matte blusher is €4.50. Also the highlighter I am interested is €4.50. I've worked with brands of all different levels of price points in the past and I have to say, I am impressed by the quality of this one.
Their bronzer, transparent powder and clear nail varnish have become staples of my everyday make up kit. I even replaced my MAC bronzer with the Catrice one. Which is saying a lot because I loved that bronzer! I am happy to recommend them on my blog because I've tested them and I think they really work.
You can find the range at Pennys or pharmacies in Ireland.
